Hi,
I believe attaching a file to an Email on the MPOWER is the same as an apex. When you scroll through the Email details list (send to, subject, etc), after subject, you should find a question "attach a file to this Email?" Type y for for yes, then use your basic folder navigation commands to find the file you want. When you find the file, just hit enter on it. Keep in mind the file shouldn't be too large. The largest I've sent is around 20 mb.
