They all come with one that needs to be unlocked with a license. Each
license costs $200 if I remember correctly. Call hw to order it; they
will email you a small file which you just put on an sd card or thumb
drive, then put that storage device into the bn and you will have your
dictionary. This procedure is true for gps and the Nemeth tutorial as
well.
