Whoops, I sent this same email earlier using my wife's account. So here it is again using my own account. Hi listers, this one really confounds me. I am visiting a relative who has a WiFi router. It uses WEP so I put in the Key and connected to it just fine. I should mention that I am using an Apex and when I first tried connecting, I was on battery power. When I go to get on the internet or check email I can't get anywhere just as though I was not connected, but I am connected with a good signal. So, next I plugged the Apex into the wall adapter and tried again. Things worked just great. So, wanting to experiment, I left the Apex on and connected to the WiFi router. the only thing I did was to disconnect the wall power adapter and again, I am unable to get on the internet or send/receive email. Anyone have any ideas about this? It truly baffles me. Thanks, Jim
