Hi, When you plugged it in, did you hear the drive spinning? If it did, then you are experiencing the power problem we've discussed earlier... At this point, there's nothing you can do about it. The problem is that the drive is not getting enough power from the Apex. One solution is using so-called "Y cable" - a USB cable with two USB plugs for USB host ports to increase power supply.
