Hi all. For those techies who have info on the Braille Wizzard
developments, I would like to contact the developers with a
question regarding the GPS side of things. Just in case anyone
on the list could answer it, someone pointed out the other day
that the KNFB Reader has a GPS receiver on it, but if one uses
one's mobile phone for GPS:
1. the batteries run down more quickly
2 one has to pay an extra cost whenever one goes online to use
it.
One of the good things about the Sendero GPS on the BrailleNote
is that one only has to pay for the software and receiver
up-front. Then one can use it as often as one likes without
incurring extra costs. Will this be garanteed with the Wizard?
If noone can tell me, how can I find out?
Thanks.
Michel
