Your problem is a funny one. I always use a 24 hour time so
have not experienced this.
Have you tried using the KeyPlan maintenance utility?
Have you tried setting the time display under the utility menu?
And, have you tried a 4-5-6 reset (j-k-l)?
Please let us know of your progress.

Subject: [Braillenote] Strange time display
Hi,
I have noticed something strange with my time display on the
braille display. I have an appointment set from 2:30 to 4:00 on
Tuesday. The speech says the time in 12 hour format, but the
braille display displays it in 24 hour format. I have my time
setting to 12 hour format. I just confirmed that. I tried
resetting the Apex and deleting the appointment, but that didn't
help.
I have never had this happen with any appointment before, even
recent ones.
