Hi,
Sounds like the actual planner database has been corrupted, or KeySoft can't
access the files at this time. Try doing a warm Reset (Reset button) then
run the utility and see what happens. If you get the same result, then the
next thing to do would be reinitializing the planner system (be warned that
appointments would be lost) by recreating KeyPlan folder.
As for steps, I'll allow other "geeks" to answer it for you (I don't want to
take credit alone)...

Hi,
I cannot repair my planner.  I get an error saying that the 
planner could not be restored.  I was told to check disk space, 
but I have plenty of space on my flash disk.
Anyone else had this problem?
