Hi, Serial connection is just a generic term referring to more advanced connection methods available. As of KeySoft 9.02, Apex supports terminal connection via serial, USB and Bluetooth (of which I use Bluetooth often). This works only if one has 32-bit version of JAWS (unless if ther is 64-bit driver, which is highly unlikely). Cheers, Joseph
