Hi,
Go to Keyboard settings and see if preferred grade is set to grade 2 or not
and check if 6 or 8 dot computer braille is in use. It sounds like you are
typing in computer braille and/or using 8 dot braille code.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] braillenote apex bt32

I am trying to type an email. When I first got my Braillenote, I could
write an email message and when I need to add the at sign I could hit the
letter u with the spacebar and press dot 4 the braillenote would say at.
Now no matter what I put any of the keyboard settings or Braille options on,
I try this and when I press the dot 4 the braillenote says single quote. Is
there a way to get the unit to the way it was when I first got it or can
anyone tell me how to get the braillenote to do what I want?
