I would also check may be to see if there are to many memos taking up space. Sometimes that can happen with out realizing it.

Hi,
Sounds like memory problem (at least in my thinking). Have you tried reset
and did this problem happen?
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] my memos folder

Hi All,
This happened a while ago, but I didn't post it here, because I
thought it would fix with time. It hasen't though, so I'll tell
you. I was going into the my memos folder in July, and the unit
told me exception command 399 at 4727 access violation reading
3801012. What should I do about this. Thanks!
Cheers,
Olivia
