if anyone would like to know on how to fix a problem with there
empower all you would need to do is reinstall the keysoft and it
will be fixed. and I know that some people will say no don't do
that but I have had to do it only once and it works just fine
and hw would not tell you to do this because they want you to
send it in.
but if it don't work then do send it in for repair!
but I've had problems with my empower allot and it has fixed all
of my problems that i have had.
