Hi folks, particularly Apex users and tech support people,

I finally figured out the upgrade problem: bad installation media and corrupted file. To fix this, I downloaded the compressed (zip) version of the hwi file, copied the zip to Flash Disk and unzipped it to root folder
on Flash Disk - and it worked.
