Hi, a few days ago I spent several hours with Humanware tech support trying to get a Braillenote to connect to a dsl connection. We tried everything you can try on the BN side and no luck. Turns out that the router was set to WPA - personal. Security type of both. I changed security to TKIP and problem fixed. I guess it does not like having AES available as well as TKIP. Just another bit of info that may save someone hours of frustration. make it a great day. ___ Replies to this message will go directly to the sender.
