What I do is just download the book to the my books folder. Then I go to keybook, select the my books folder, and find the book I just downloaded. Finally, I unpack it, telling it to use the my books folder when the bn asks "folder for unpacked bookshare book". I also answer yes to the "delete the original bookshare book" prompt.
