I did not get any kind of confirmation email, but had no problem downloading
both the license key and upgrade files.
I installed both on the Apex without a hitch.
Did you enter your serial number without any spaces or dashes?
I'm just asking as I started to put mine in that way before reading not to
do it that way.
This just seems odd that it isn't working for some.
