I got the BN 9.1 license validated earlier after a 20-minute conversation 
with tech support.
But that call may not have been necessary.
I just got the email messages from yesterday's attempts. I know because I 
tried more than one address.
My point is sending this note is that if your list subscription is at a 
different address from the one you used for validation, it's likely that 
your confirmation email is waiting for you.
So maybe you won't need to make that tech support call.
Incidentally, besides the licensing web address, there's nno other info in 
the email that you need for validation.
It just confirms that your login should be good.
