I think both Apple and HumanWare have to get involved here, since iOS needs to know that keys have been remapped, and BrailleNote needs to tell it. As it stands, the mappings simply work the same way in KeySoft as they do in the terminal, i.e., it is the mapped key that is sent through the connection to the screen reader, and not the physical button.
