Hi Josh and List,

I think that "no matter how many tests," HW does, bugs will still sneek in. Before we had this latest upgrade, many people on the list wanted it out "Yesterday!"

So it's a balancing act that HW has to do each time they unvale a new upgrade.

How much testing should they do, v how fast should they get something out to the users??? I for one, Am not happy with the new features in the latest upgrade, the new feature set will not make my life easyer in any way, but others on this list are very happy.
I depend on my Apex in all the areas of my life.
The Apex, is a "Note Taker," It's NOT a laptop, this is something we should all keep in mind.

Thanks,
Frank M. Hernandez.

Subject: [Braillenote] ks 9.1 bugs: a question

Hi all,
Quick question. Maybe this is an unusual one, sorry if it is.
Why is it that we, the users have to find these bugs after the
software is released? I mean, what's going on now is almost like
supplying a laptop to customers without, say MS Word, which is an
important software needed to use a computer. Well, maybe not *
that * important, but a lot of people use it. In a sense, this
is related because these bugs are quite important issues that HW
should have thought of and tested more fully before releasing a
software that cannot even be downgraded. People are stuck with
it and I don't think that's right. And anyway, people had
trouble getting it in the first place.
I'll stop now before I max out the email size, I can write
quite a lot, my main point is that, I guess, that all this should
have been thought out before the release.
PS: Am I wrong on this?
