Hi all,
I'm pleased to see that we seem to be narrowing in on long encryption keys
being an issue since the upgrade. I have been using a 63-character key in
WPA2 mode on our home network ever since setting up the router some four
or so years ago. It works just fine with our all-in-one printer, my
wife's laptop, and my laptop from work. It worked fine with my Apex prior
to the upgrade. Let me hasten to add that the router is set up to support
both WPA and WPA2 clients, so, clearly, the Apex was connecting using WPA
prior to the upgrade. Since the upgrade, when I attempt a connection with
the Apex, there's a long period of, "Please wait." Then there's a long
period of, "Connecting." Then the connection fails. It seems to me an
excellent possibility that the Apex just isn't allowing enough time to
complete the connection.

I spent upwards of an hour on the phone with André Dubois at Humanware
last week trying different things, and we never achieved a connection. I
presume the networking issue is on Humanware's radar, but they haven't
come up with a solution yet. Definitely, turning off Power Saving Mode
doesn't help.

Cheers,
Jerry
