Hi,
Two ways: Either using Folder Manager or typing a new folder name. If you are going below top folders such as subfolder within another folder, you need to be in directory mode. To create a subfolder using menus: From Main Menu, go to File Manager/Folder Manager/ationew Folder. At the driof prompt, select the drive where the folder will be created. At the folder name frompt, press SPACE with T to switch to directory mode. Press SPACE to access the folders on the drive, and when the parent folder's name is displayed, press ENTER. Then Press SPACE with DOTS 4-6, then type the following in computer as exactly shown:
/foldername ENTER
Where "foldername" is the name of this new subfolder.
After pressing ENTER, KeySoft should ask if you wish to create that subdirectory. Press Y.
Alternatively, from any folder name prompt,
repeat the steps for swithitching to directory mode, navigating to the parent folder then type the folder name.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] making subdirecturies on the braillenote

Hi list,
I was wondering if you could help me make subfolders on the
Braille Note Apex BT 18. I'd like to make subfolders in the my
books folder to organize my files. I looked at the users guide,
but don't quite understand it. If you could help me I'd
appreciate it very much. Thanks, Chandra Hottinger
