Hit space-s on the page to save it.
For headings, you have to change the function of space-4-6 and
space-1-3. By default, these keystrokes move by input control. Press
space-t to see what options are available. Either press h to quickly
select "move by heading", or press space-3-4 to cycle through the
options available and then press enter once the option you want is
displayed.
