Hi Matthew,

I downloaded some books a couple of weeks ago. Try this: once you accept using the notetaker button and the book opens, save the book by pressing control +s if you are on a qwerty keyboard or space-s on a bt keyboard. You will get the prompts for the folder and the file name. This will save the book as a brf file.

Hope this helps.

Subject: [Braillenote] download issues web-braile

Hi all, I am unable to download anything from Web-braillle. I needed a certain book for Music Braille which I found, then proceded to click on VOlume one. I then accepted the pledge as a PC user which gave me a Fial download dialogue. I selected my preffered folder and left the file-name it's default. I then waited for it to download. Instead it
stated Failed to download file. I clicken on Accept for notetaker
users, which brought me to an online version. Out of pure frustration, I copie pasted the text into a kwt. It did not read as expected, so I erased the text I had pasted. Since it pasted into Text not braille,
it looked stange. Could someone please help me with web-braille
downloading? Am I doing something wrong?
Matthew
