I have not had those problems, though I have never tried to switch
keyboards on the fly and I do not think that the on-screen keyboard
can be called up with a braille display active.
As for enter, try hitting the two right thumbkeys at the same time.
Or, new to 9.1, hit enter with dots 4 5 6, then any keystroke. For
example, hit that "pass through" keystroke and then space-e to do an
enter instead of keysoft's exit, or space-h for home instead of help.

I would definitely report any problems to both [email protected]
and [email protected]. If you can reproduce a problem, send
steps to the list as well so we can try to duplicate.
