Hi again, regarding the following: Does this mean that an employer
could save the Excel file, which I wouldn't have to edit, to a Web page
or Word table and E-mail it to me and I could then read it on the Apex?

You can also save the file to Word as a table, or to a webpage, and
open it that way, but neither of these will let you manipulate the data.
