First, go to settings, general, bluetooth, and make sure the Apex is
not already there. If it is, tell the iPod to forget the device. Reset
the bn, just to be sure, turn off bluetooth on the iPod, then turn it
back on on both the iPod and apex and try again. Also, if you have
changed the name of your bn under the setup options in the
connectivity menu, this will make it so that the iPod cannot find the
Apex. If you have done this, let us know so specific instructions on
how to erase the custom name can be provided.
