When you go to your email, try and go down to where it says options. Then, once there, go dow to "Free Database Space." Press enter. Then, try downloading email again after the BN says that it has finished. If not, maybe try a reset? Or, have you already tried that?

I sent it in for service and to get the upgrade, and have put all of the email things in properly from my Isp, but I can't delete email from
the inbox, and it's not letting me download any new mail from the
server at my ISP.
the error that I'm getting when downloading is:
"error saving email: the operation has completed successfully" but when I go to the inbox to see if there's any new mail there's notohing there.
