Agreed. Maybe there hidden for a reason but whatever that is I
cannot think of one ATM. Maybe they're afraid people will delete
the files... Who knows.

First, many of the urls that were hidden were not ones I had ever
deleted. Just
as a test, I deleted one of the visible ones, then exited the My
Favorites
folder. I then reopened My Favorites, enabled show all including
hidden files,
and found that the one I deleted was indeed completely gone.
Before I had 92
urls and after the delete, there were only 91 remaining.
Next, I copied all of them to my Windows XP computer and there I
checked the
file attributes setting on some that seemed to be hidden on the
VoiceNote.
Neither the hidden nor the read only attribute was set on the
file. Finally, in
your second message you mentioned those two or three special url
files that
came originally on the unit, as well as the home page url file.
I believe these
all had the protect turned on but don't know if that had anything
to do with
the issue. In fact, I unprotected all of the urls in My
Favorites but still
only the 25 mentioned previously show up unless I enable show all
including
hidden. Weird!

I've been cleaning out the My Favorites folder in my old
VoiceNote mPower to
port this stuff to my Apex. Something comes to mind that I have
wondered about
in the past but never asked about. If I use the file manager
directory feature
to look in the My Favorites folder, it displays 25 entries
listed, but if I hit
space with x twice in that folder view, it shows 92 entries.
Since there does
not seem to be a hide file or unhide file option in KeySoft, what
is causing so
many of my bookmarked urls to be not displayed unless I do the
space with x
command twice first to show all files, including hidden files?
Note that only a
few of the files were protected, so that was not the cause of so
many being
hidden.
