Nothing, it seems to be a bug in KeyWeb. I have noticed this with some particularly long pages. As usual, try a reset, clear Internet caches, etc. If that doesn't work, turn Javascript off. In fact, to be brutally frank, browsing with Javascript off is pretty much required for KeyWeb to be useful. On sites where it isn't used, it isn't a problem and you can thank your lucky stars for a decently-designed site or archive amongst all the Web 2.0 noise; on those pages where it's essential, you'll have to start making buying decisions based on whether or not they gracefully back without Javascript, or offer a mobile version.
