Hi,
I don't remember what type of reset that is for the Apex, but I
know that there is at least one reset that will delete everything
in the BN. It will start your BN literally from scratch. You'd
have to download any licenses or other important things again.
This is why it is good for files to be backed up again. Will
someone correct me on the resets if I'm wrong?

Isn't a "service re-set" something that Humanware advices extreme
caution?
