I'm not sure which case I have. I got my Apex in December, and
it has a case on it where it is hard to get the Apex out of. My
case says Humanware on it. I don't know if that means anything,
but thought I'd remark on it anyway. I have never had my Apex
fall out at any point in time.

Hi list, I am writing to ask if anyone on the list has purchased
one of the new Executive Products cases for the Apex. I would
like to know how it compares to the "new" case that HW put out as
a replacement for the original Apex case last year. The original
case could allow the Apex to fall out and cause grave damage to
it. I wonder how the newer case HW put out compares to the one
you can buy from Executive Products. It is my feeling that the
Apex could even fall out of the newer, replacement case that HW
put out. If anyone else on the list has information on this, I
