Hi,
One way to find out would be opening the suggested folder from
File Manager/Directory. Go to File Manager/Directory, then
select the folder that it offers. Alternatively, from Directory,
select Flash Disk, then locate the "Attachments" folder (should
be under KeyMail/Attachments; note that slash character indicates
that Attachments is subfolder of KeyMail) where attachments go.

The license file will not show up unless you detach it from the
email.
If this message appears, reset the unit - hopefully, you'll be
able to detach the file.
When you detach it (in case it works), detach the file to the
root (none) folder of anywhere - Flash Disk, SD card, etc. And,
for future usage, I rcemmend saving the attached file and making
a backup copy of this file somewhere you can find it easily.

Hi,
I tried to detach my NLS User Key from Keymail, and I got an
Operation Completed Successfully message. I looked everywhere,
but I can't find the file!
What should I do? I'm afraid to shut off my BN because I don'j
know if when I start up again it will try to install the key from
the wrong folder!
