Thanks for your responses to my previous question about
trading my MPower for an Apex. I would like to do this and am
now writing with a follow-up question. It turns out that the
unit I'd like to trade in is the one I sent in earlier this
summer for general maintenance at HumanWare. My concern is that,
on the assumption that it would be sent back to me, I didn't take
the time to delete any of my personal settings and other private
information. If I do end up trading this unit for an Apex (and,
thus, not receiving it back), can I count on HumanWare to delete
everything before sending it to another client? Do I need to ask
them to do this?
