Yes. Sorry, I should have mentioned this. VoiceOver comes on the following: *any iPod fourth generation *any iPod third generation that is either 32gb or 64gb *any iPhone fourth generation *any iPhone 3GS that is 16gb or above (I could be wrong on this one) *any iPad, whether first or second generation
As to which works best, VoiceOver will work with all of them the same, so the apex will never care. However, it is sometimes more convenient to have an iPad, with its much larger screen, as it lets you feel around the screen more and makes things easier to find, plus it can show more at once. Of course, the iPod is much smaller (I often carry mine in the front pocket of my Apex's case), while the iPhone is much smaller (same size as the iPod) but can make phone calls, go online through the cellular network, handle text messages, and so on. In addition, the iPhone4 is the only one of the line of products to have a flash for the camera, which can also be used as a flashlight and, people say, makes OCR and bar code scanning better than the iPod's cameras or those on the iPad2. I refer you to apple.com for exact specifications on the devices, since I do not remember all the details. Please feel free to ask for more clarification on any of this!
