I am at a loss, then. If you get no error tones or anything, I can't think of what it could be. I hate to do it, but I think your best bet is to call hw tomorrow. You may not have to send in the unit, but they could know something that we can't think of, especially since they would be on the phone with you and can hear what the unit is doing.
