Hi, The probable cause is temperature. It happens that when the battery temperature is too high, the mPower would not be charged. The best solution is to cool down the unit (disconnect the adapter for about five to ten minutes) then try charging it. To really check if it is temperature related, when the battery is not charged, go to Support Information Mode (SPACE with O/FN+O, then SPACE with I/Read+I, sorry forgot the actual one), then T for temperature; if it says around 35 degrees Celcius or more, this'll indicate temperature issue.
