After seeing some posts about magnets coming lose on the apex
case, I decided to see if I could get a new case. One of my
magnets had become completely dislodged. I called HW and today a
little bit ago received my new case. My problem is one of the
pieces the case does not rest flat against my apex. It is kind
of bent creating a little gap. It is the part of the case that
is on the left hand side just above where the thumb keys are
located. My dad said it is probably from the way it was packed
and that it probably won't go away. The magnets seem to work
better I think so far than on my first case. Has anyone had any
issues with their new cases and do you think I should let it go
or see if I can get a replacement? The rest of the case seems to
be fine. It rests against the unit like my other case. Any
opinions would be appreciated.
