Hi, It means that the battery may need a number of recalibration cycles to correct the issue. Usually inaccuracy percentage is 2%, but since it is 100%, then I think you might need to leave the BN to do recalibration over a number of cycles. Cheers, Joseph

Fortunately, I don't need it for my summer job, but I will need it for school in September. Will I have to send the braillenote back to get this problem straightened out?
