Hi,
Go to Options Menu, then go to Support Information Mode (SPACE
with I), then press F. For this version, be sure to charge the
battery to 100% before starting this procedure. Once
recalibration starts, disconnect the adapter. Leave the VN for
up to a day while it tests the battery. Once the VN becomes
silent (after a number of critical warnings), connect the AC
power and the VN should say, "battery test completed."
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] recalibrating the battery?
Hi:
Would someone remind me how to recalibrate the battery. I have
an old vn,
2004 version 5.1? old as I say. The battery calibration seems
all out of
whack. I've done this before but can't recall exactly how.
Thanks.
