You need a sighted person and a PC to solve the CAPTCHA one time. If Facebook are asking you to authorise connections from San Antonio, TX, that's my transport, so approve that if you want to use it. Otherwise check the message and act on it, and your account will be unblocked again for the mobile site. Yes, it's annoying. Sorry about that.
