I still can't look up either of your and Carlos' user names, and I've returned 
home now, which is odd, because every other username I've registered works.  
Make absolutely sure.  To have the Jabber implementation fixed, you'll have to 
contact HumanWare.  Try again from the same location as the PC you set the 
username on.

Both of you were unregistered a while back because no progress was being made.  
Again, from any computer (not your own) try going to your profile pages and 
make sure you aren't getting "Content not found".  It's not sufficient to log 
in first; it should be visible publicly.  Same goes for facebook.com/username 
once you are logged in; you should be told you can't change your username 
because it's already set.
