I don't have an apex, but I think its resolved, its copied the contacts, I
know that because I made a change on the bn to see whether it would copy the
change and it did, but I'm blowed if I know where this contact list is in
outlook, it has an empty address list, and empty contact list.

Okay, then:
From anywhere in KeySoft, go to Options/Connectivity. Then turn
on Bluetooth on both iPhone and on your Apex (iPhone first and tell it so
that other devices can discover it). On the Apex, go to Bluetooth and say
"yes" to enable it. Then tell Apex to search for devices. After a while,
a list of Bluetooth devices would be shown, with one of them (hopefully)
being iPhone.
At the list of devices, select your iPhone, then select "modem" service.
Then say yes at the pair prompt, then at the authentication code, type a
simple code like 0000 on your Apex, press ENTER, then type the same code
on your iPhone. Apex should say, "paired." You're done with first part of
this process.
The second part is adding the connection config so that the Apex can
connect to the Internet via iPhone. Go to Options/Connectivity/Create.
Then type a name for your config that you can remember. Then at the
device prompt, press CTRL+SPACE to cycle through the list until your
iPhone (or whatever) is displayed then press ENTER. After this, I'm sure
you're good to go (press CTRL+ENTER to add the new connection and try to
go to your homepage).
