No, I didn't delete the folder, just the contacts so the folder is still in
tact.

It is not advisable to delete Contacts folder on outlook (if I'm right).

Sorry, nfurther to that, I've no contacts in my outlook address book and
the
contacts folder, I deleted them purposefully but it still if synced to
receive ms contacts the sync programme wants to add those, where would
this
data be if I've removed it from the respective address books? I want to
add
phone numbers etc to my email addresses, and have them synced between my
IPhone, outlook and bn, and my bn at the moment is the only address list
with complete information for my contacts.

Hi,
Can you give us the following specs: Operating system you are using,
Keysync version and Outlook version? Also, under
Utilities/KeySync/Options, did you say yes to "synchronize contacts"?
