Hi, This is just my guess, but it could be either: corrupted license partition, bad license file itself or KeySoft not recognizing the correct license written in the license file itself. First, have her try installing the license using a different SD card or from a USB thumb drive to see if it is not hardware problem. If that fails, then it might be corrupted license file, which means she may have to download the file again (or requires editing the file to add or remove certain characters, as this kind of thing caused problems for me before). Also, ask her what KeySoft version she has installed and the version and/or license that she is trying to install; if this problem is a recent one and happened suddenly, chances are that either KeySoft and/or license installation might have gone wrong, attempted to install wrong license file or the location where licenses are installed might have become corrupted. If it turns out to be the last case, then there's nothing I can think of, as this problem is new to me (personally) and may require assistance from HumanWare. Thanks, and hope these helps. Cheers, Joseph
