Hi,
Hmmm... Good question. When I press D to delete an email from
the server, it usually works. I'm not sure why it wouldn't on
your unit. Maybe there's something in the options menu for
Keymail?

Thanks so much to all of you who have answered my questions as
I get used to using the Apex; I really appreciate your help!
Another question: when the Apex notifies me that an email is
larger than the maximum size allowed and I press d to delete the
message, the Apex doesn't actually delete it; it skips the
message but leaves it on the server. I've had this happen with a
couple of different emails. Is there a way to fix this?
