Hi,
Could be that the document themselves are either images,
protected in some way or something's wrong with the text
formatting. When you attempt to open it, does KeySoft say
converting?
Can you send me the file as an attachment offlist?

Hello All,
I downloaded keysoft 9.2 and have noticed, after trying several
pdf documents, that not one will open on the bn but they open
just fine on the pc.
Has anyone had success with this option.
I am wondering if it is my unit, as I have had difficulty in
installing keysoft, as it told me the first two times, that it
failed, but now when I check, it says I have keysoft 9.2.
