Hi,
Two ways I can think of:
A. If the "team" label is set for all these people (in front of
each member) and if the members have one email address, at the
"send to" prompt, type the label and press ENTER. KeyList will
then report how many records match that name and will ask you to
either send it to all addresses named "team" or select people to
send the address to.
B. Another way is to have one "team" label and at either "home
email" or "business email" address, type the email address of the
members, each separated by a comma (all should be written in
computer braille).
If your situation is scenario A, then selecting all records would
be the best way to go. However, the downside is that KeyList
checks for "last name" for matching records.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] e-mail adresses question
There's probobly an easy way to do this, but I can't for the life
of me think of how to do it.
I have 20 people who I send an e-mail to every week.
Right now, what I'm doing is I've given everyone the same title,
(Team.)
When I want to send the e-mail, I just pick teem, from the adress
list.
Is there an e-ven easyer way?
I would like to have all 20 e-mail addresses in one field.
I know that I have to separate each address with a comma, but, do
I have to write each address by hand?
Thanks for any help.
Frank M. Hernandez.
