That option only appears in standard view. So are you saying
that standard view works on the BN? Before I used my BN for
email, I had used a PC with JAWS for a long time to access my
email. A few people had told me that basic HTML view was the
only view of Gmail that was accessible to JAWS, and they were
right, so I used basic HTML. But when I switched to the
BrailleNote for emails, I tried standard view again, and it
didn't make any sense, so I used basic HTML (when I do go into
the Web interface and not use Keymail.) So does standard view
work on the BN but not with JAWS, and I just wasn't used to it so
didn't use it?

time, you should go to www.gmail.com and look for the option that
says eliminate all, but I'm not sure.
