I know there is a hotfix for problems such as these, but
unfortunately, I don't have it. I installed it then deleted it from
my email. Can someone else on the list please let us know where to
get the Bookshare hotfix?

Hi. I'd like to tell you that I've tried to sign into bookshare
several times but I can't. Also, I've had the same problem when
trying to unzip files from bookshare. I don't have keysoft 9.2
because I can't get it for now.
