To back up keymail, Rename the keymail folder on the flash disk to something like keymail 1 or something that will tell you what is in those keymail folders. Then copy your old keymail folder to the flash disk and make sure it is called keymail.
Keymail won't use any folder that is not called keymail. When the keymail folder that you want backed up is on the flash disk, Then do a reset with no keys held down. If you want the emails in your other keymail folder back then either rename the
keymail folder on the flash disk and copy or back it up somewhere else. or if you don't want any of those emails any more then just delete the folder. If you only want some emails gone you will have to get rid of them by putting them in the trash
folder and then say yes to empty trash when you leave the keymail menu. Then take your other keymail folder that you renamed and rename it keymail again. Then copy it to your flash disk and do a reset with no keys held down. Doing this process will
back up all your keymail folders including the ones that came with the bn and any new ones you may have made. I hope this helps. Email me if you have any more questions. sent from my BrailleNote
