Hi, just for a matter of interest there is another option in the "delete
emails after download". The third option is "if in the trash", So this means
if you download your messages and move a few to the trash then check your
messages again the messages you have moved to trash will now delete off the
surver. I use this option on my Apex so I always have a copy of my emails on
the surver so if something goes wrong with keymail and I have to delete the
keymail folders then I still have a copy of each message to download again.
It also comes in handy if you get a message that keymail won't read because
then I can go over to my computer and download the message there to read
without any hassle. I actually decided to also do this on my laptop because
my laptop did have a major issue last year that ment I had to reformat the
hard drive so lost all my emails and documents. I now backup my documents
regularly and since I don't delete the messages off the surver unless I have
deleted them then I don't have to worry about losing them either.

The only issue doing it this way is if I have heaps of messages I want to
keep and haven't saved them outside of the email program then it takes
Keymail quite some time to download all the messages because even if they
are saved in keymail it still has to go through the count of them all.

Hope this helps someone, off to read more mail.
